MBSR Day-Long Retreat

 

Hello from Montrose Mindfulness! I truly hope this finds you well!
How is your Mindfulness practice going? Have you had many opportunities to practice with others? Please join us for the next MBSR Day-Long Retreat on Saturday, December 8, 2018. No matter where you find yourself with your ongoing practice, you are always welcome to join the MBSR Day-Long Retreats offered by Montrose Mindfulness. Because you have completed the MBSR / MBCT class, this Retreat is available to you at no charge. However, you must register for this Day-Long Retreat at www.MontroseMindfulness.com. There will be an opportunity to make a voluntary donation to the MBSR / MBCT Scholarship Fund at the end of the Retreat. The Day-Long Retreat offers a wonderful opportunity to have extended guided meditation practice and support within a community of other MBSR students, practitioners and teachers. The Retreat will be held at a private residence in Altadena with a lovely and tranquil setting – a great place to experience the retreat together!

The Girl Scouts Montrose Program Center Auditorium, 2732 Montrose Ave., Montrose, CA 91020

What to bring:  brown bag lunch, blanket and bottled water.
What to wear: layered, loose and comfortable clothing; a jacket or sweater for outdoor walking meditations (if desired), socks if your feet tend to get cold..
Coffee and tea will be provided.

Our Day-Long Retreat will be held on Sunday, May 7, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Girl Scouts Montrose Program Center.  Although there is no charge for this event, you must register for this Day-Long Retreat at www.MontroseMindfulness.com.  There will be an opportunity to make a voluntary donation to the MBSR / MBCT Scholarship Fund at the end of the retreat.

The Day-Long Retreat is an integral part of the 8-week MBSR course. It provides a wonderful opportunity to have extended guided practice within a community of other mindfulness students, practitioners and teachers.
