There will be an opportunity to make a voluntary donation to the MBSR / MBCT Scholarship Fund at the end of the retreat.
The Day-Long Retreat is an integral part of the 8-week MBSR course. It provides a wonderful opportunity to have extended guided practice within a community of other mindfulness students, practitioners and teachers. This retreat is for current MBSR class members, as well as those who have completed an 8-week MBSR / MBCT course.
The Girl Scouts Montrose Program Center is a large and tranquil setting and the perfect place to experience the retreat together.
Warmly,
Leslie
