There are three sets of CDs available from the UMass Center for Mindfulness. Series 1 is the one that is used in conjunction with the 8-week MBSR class and contains guided body scan, mindful yoga and sitting meditation. Series 2 is a set of 4 CDs of different lengths providing a variety of guided meditations, and Series 3 is related to Dr. Kabat-Zinn’s book Coming to Our Senses.
